After graduating with an Honours degree in Geography from The University of Western Ontario, Roger taught at Strathroy Collegiate.  In 1975 Roger left teaching to gain business experience intending to return to teaching but followed a career in Real Estate instead.  That career included over 17 years managing offices in several cities before returning to sell in a favourite area - Caledon - in 1991.

After graduating with an Honours B.A. in Law from Carleton University, Dawn worked at Queen's Park as both a legislative and political assistant.  In 1989 she began an 8 year career as Events Manager in the Office of the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario.  After taking time out to raise a family and move from Toronto to Caledon, Dawn was licensed as a Real Estate Salesperson with Royal LePage RCR in Bolton in 2002.

Roger & Dawn joined forces in the Spring of 2015 and have continued to be a top-producing team in the Caledon area.
